What you will do

• Partner with the CEO on strategy execution, translating priorities into action and owning high-impact initiatives.
• Own financial planning, including burn, runway scenarios, unit economics, and capital allocation.
• Establish and run the company's operating cadence, including leadership meetings and OKR reviews.
• Develop and maintain a KPI dashboard covering revenue, pipeline, product engagement, and customer health.
• Support fundraising activities, including investor CRM management, data room preparation, and diligence.
• Manage external vendors and procurement processes through negotiation and contract review.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking and/or private equity.
• Proven record of owning complex projects end-to-end in ambiguous environments.
• Strong financial fluency with the ability to build and stress-test financial models.
• Excellent written communication skills for executive-level external audiences.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York City.
