Associate Recruiter

TL;DR

Associate Recruiter (HR/Recruiting): Supporting end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles with an accent on sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Focus on executing high-quality technical hiring processes and maintaining data quality within the ATS.

Location: Remote (Must be based in China)

Compensation: Up to CNY 250,000 total comp

What you will do

• Support the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct initial candidate screens to assess role fit, motivation, and communication.
• Coordinate interviews and manage feedback collection between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS to ensure data quality.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruiting process improvements.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or operations (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS systems.
• Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Must be located in China.
