TL;DR

Senior Recruiter (GTM): Own full-cycle recruiting for US-based GTM roles with an accent on sourcing hard-to-reach talent, building employer brand, and establishing scalable processes. Focus on designing interview processes, driving metrics and reporting, and partnering with leadership to scale hiring.

Location: Remote - US. EST or CST Preferred.

Compensation: $145K - $165K base cash + equity + variable.

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for US-based GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations) from sourcing to onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to design interview processes, conduct training, and enable calibration
  • Build prioritization framework, metrics, and reporting using ATS (Ashby) for pipeline health and hiring efficiency
  • Develop employer brand strategy, content, and channels like LinkedIn and careers page
  • Drive outbound sourcing for technical and complex GTM talent, building robust pipelines
  • Scale recruiting operations with processes and tools to support growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, with GTM hiring at enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or AI/ML
  • 2+ years startup/scale-up experience in fast-paced environments
  • Proven track record hiring in competitive markets, prioritizing quality
  • Strong outbound sourcing skills for niche talent
  • Deep experience with ATS (Ashby preferred), recruiting tools, and data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence
