TL;DR

Head of Technical Recruiting (AI): Leading the growth of Engineering, Product, and Design organizations with an accent on global technical talent strategy and AI-driven recruiting workflows. Focus on scaling high-performing teams, partnering with the CTO, and optimizing the technical hiring bar.

Location: Hybrid; must work from San Francisco or New York offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year

What you will do

  • Define and execute the global technical recruiting strategy for Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and TPM.
  • Manage and coach a high-performing team of recruiters and recruiting leaders.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior technical leaders on market intelligence and compensation.
  • Drive the adoption of AI tools and automation to improve sourcing and candidate experience.
  • Optimize interview infrastructure and processes to ensure speed without lowering the talent bar.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics (quality of hire, funnel health) to drive data-informed decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical recruiting leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of scaling teams in high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive recruiting decisions.
  • AI-first orientation with fluency in modern tools and a desire to evolve workflows.
  • Deep knowledge of global technical compensation trends.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from San Francisco or New York.

  • Experience closing executive-level technical roles.
  • Concrete examples of building AI-driven recruiting workflows.
  • Experience executing diversity recruiting programs with measurable results.
