What you will do

  • Optimize CRM tools and platforms to ensure they align with the Customer Engagement strategy, including updating contact automations and views.
  • Build and maintain a centralized CRM Knowledge Base, ensuring all SOPs and compliance documentation are up to date.
  • Provide operational support and handle escalations from customer-facing teams.
  • Analyze product changes, releases, and compliance updates to adapt internal operational processes.
  • Collaborate with CRM staff to identify and solve customer experience gaps from an operational perspective.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations role supporting online customer service organizations.
  • Expert knowledge of marketing technologies and CRM platforms.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated success in handling operational needs for large-scale customer service operations.
  • Proficiency in Braze and experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools.
  • Proven experience in mentorship, coaching, or professional development.
