What you will do

• Plan and deliver internal corporate events, leadership meetings, and team-building activities across various formats.
• Coordinate special strategic projects and initiatives directly requested by C-level executives.
• Develop and optimize employee engagement processes in collaboration with HR and leadership.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including vendor management, travel coordination, and on-site execution.
• Support internal communication initiatives to strengthen corporate culture and employee experience.

Requirements

• Russian language: B2 level or higher
• English language: B2 level or higher
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate event management or 5+ years agency-side.
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Ability to independently manage complex projects from planning through to execution.
• Location: Must be based in Poland
