What you will do

• Manage the full cycle of merchandise preparation for international I-Gaming exhibitions, conferences, and meetups.
• Create production plans, concept proposals, and product catalogs based on specific event requirements.
• Maintain the contractor database, develop briefs, and negotiate terms of interaction.
• Oversee merchandise logistics, including inventory control, shipment, and dispatch to events.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and estimates to ensure financial compliance.
• Analyze market trends and novelties to propose innovative merchandise concepts.

Requirements

• Experience in the apparel manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency with Asana and Jira.
• Fluent Ukrainian and Russian.
• English level B1 or higher.
• Strong skills in leadership, team management, and interdepartmental communication.
• Ability to make decisions under time pressure and high resilience.
