What you will do

  • Run and refine the day-to-day workflow engine for Creative Services, ensuring accurate tracking and prioritization of all jobs.
  • Allocate resources (Designers and Junior Designers) based on capability, workload, and complexity.
  • Lead daily stand-ups and maintain task boards to provide visibility of progress, risks, and bottlenecks.
  • Manage operational housekeeping, including file management, version control, and production checklists.
  • Ensure all assets follow correct approval workflows, including Compliance review and audit documentation.
  • Analyze delivery metrics like cycle time and throughput to recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong traffic management and workflow coordination expertise, preferably in creative or marketing environments.
  • Proven background in forecasting and resource planning.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Understanding of creative production processes across digital, print, social, and motion media.
  • Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary creative teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working with compliance or regulated approval processes is beneficial.
