What you will do

• Manage business requirements, including administrative operations, data analysis, project scoping, and project management.
• Maintain high data quality by evaluating metrics, identifying issues, and implementing regular corrections based on customer feedback.
• Provide advanced support for integrations between Salesforce, Pardot, Apttus, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Gainsight, and other systems.
• Conduct system testing and coordinate the implementation of new parameters or release enhancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system changes and coordinate end-user training with the Sales Enablement team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational and application issues related to data movement between systems.

Requirements

• Must be located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
• Bachelor’s degree in a Business discipline (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience managing and prioritizing a diverse set of projects.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (Lightning) and a Certified Salesforce.com Administrator qualification or equivalent experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for training and coordinating across all organizational levels.
