What you will do
- Build and own Salesforce environment including objects, automations, and integrations for non-rent sales motions.
- Design sales processes, pipeline management, routing rules, and forecasting methodologies tailored to New Verticals.
- Establish core metrics, dashboards, and reports for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and performance visibility.
- Ensure data quality through validation, audits, and governance; integrate with Snowflake and BI tools.
- Act as operational bridge across Business Development, Sales, Partner Success, and RevOps teams.
- Contribute to scaling the RevOps function including hiring plans and team structure.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue/Sales/GTM Operations, 2+ years senior/lead.
- Deep Salesforce expertise (configuration, building environments); Administrator Certification preferred.
- Experience standing up RevOps infrastructure for new/scaling units.
- Familiarity with GTM tools like Outreach, LeanData, Clay, HubSpot.
- Builder mentality, architectural thinking, comfort with ambiguity, cross-functional communication.

- Experience with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude).
