TL;DR

Revenue Operations Manager - Systems (Salesforce): Build and scale the operational backbone for New Verticals division with an accent on Salesforce configuration, revenue tech stack integrations, and GTM processes. Focus on architecting sales pipelines from lead-to-close, designing data infrastructure, and establishing scalable reporting and analytics.

Location: Hybrid positions in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, or Salt Lake City (2-3 days per week onsite); relocation assistance available for candidates outside these areas.

What you will do

  • Build and own Salesforce environment including objects, automations, and integrations for non-rent sales motions.
  • Design sales processes, pipeline management, routing rules, and forecasting methodologies tailored to New Verticals.
  • Establish core metrics, dashboards, and reports for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and performance visibility.
  • Ensure data quality through validation, audits, and governance; integrate with Snowflake and BI tools.
  • Act as operational bridge across Business Development, Sales, Partner Success, and RevOps teams.
  • Contribute to scaling the RevOps function including hiring plans and team structure.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue/Sales/GTM Operations, 2+ years senior/lead.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise (configuration, building environments); Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Experience standing up RevOps infrastructure for new/scaling units.
  • Familiarity with GTM tools like Outreach, LeanData, Clay, HubSpot.
  • Builder mentality, architectural thinking, comfort with ambiguity, cross-functional communication.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude).
