Salary: $160,000 - $250,000 USD

What you will do

• Hire and lead a team of GTM analysts dedicated to supporting Sales and Post-Sales functions.
• Own and maintain the GTM data strategy, including metrics standardization, governance, and reporting model design.
• Build and optimize advanced revenue forecasting models across New Business, Pipeline, and Customer Retention.
• Operationalize GTM operating cadences, including QBRs, pipeline reviews, and executive board reporting.
• Lead data change management projects such as CRM migrations, system integrations, and metric redefinitions.
• Partner with GTM leadership to deliver exploratory analyses and translate complex questions into executive narratives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, or Strategy & Operations.
• 2–3 years of experience in a people management capacity.
• Expert-level SQL skills and deep experience with Salesforce data architecture.
• Proven track record of owning GTM data strategy and revenue forecasting models.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Must be based in the United States.
