Salary: $114,800 – $213,200

What you will do
- Design and develop analog/mixed-signal IC circuit blocks from initial concept to final verification.
- Ensure circuit blocks conform to rigorous customer specifications.
- Develop key SerDes components including Drivers, Receivers, Serializers, Deserializers, and PLLs.
- Design high-speed clock distribution, ADC, DAC, Bias, Bandgap, and Voltage Regulators.
- Utilize CAD tools for simulation, layout, and physical verification.
Requirements
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering (EE).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CMOS SerDes or high-speed I/O IC design.
- Proficiency in CAD tools for circuit simulation and physical verification.
- Strong analog aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Must be located in or able to work from San Jose, California.
Nice to have
- Design experience with technologies <7nm and speeds >112Gbps.
- Working knowledge of common SerDes standards and electrical requirements.
- Experience with toolsets and lab testing.
