What you will do

• Own complex design blocks and complete analog macros for high-speed wireline and optical products.
• Design and develop high-speed and low-power analog mixed-signal circuits in advanced CMOS technologies.
• Lead the design of TIA, TX Drivers, ADCs, DACs, regulators, and clock generation/distribution systems.
• Collaborate with system and architecture teams to identify optimal circuit solutions based on cost and performance.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and provide technical direction for layout activities.
• Conduct post-silicon testing, validation, and characterization of analog mixed-signal circuits using lab equipment.

Requirements

• MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in high-speed/low-power CMOS design.
• Expertise in Analog Front Ends (TX Driver, TIA, CTLE, VGA), data converters, and clock distribution.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing multiple tape-outs to production.
• Proficiency in EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law (EAR).
• In-depth knowledge of CMOS process technology and device physics.
