What you will do
- Design, develop, modify and evaluate electronic parts and integrated circuitry for hardware systems.
- Specialize in high-speed analog circuit design for wireline transceivers.
- Analyze equipment to establish operating data and conduct experimental tests to evaluate results.
- Select components and equipment based on detailed analysis of specifications and reliability.
- Perform layout and design work using state-of-the-art CAD tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science with 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Experience in high-speed (>10Gbps) ADC and DAC design.
- Experience in high-speed (>28GHz) and low jitter (<100fs-rms) PLL design.
- Expertise in high linearity low-noise TIA and laser driver design.
- Knowledge of equalization techniques for backplanes and optical links.
- Must be based in the USA (San Jose or Irvine, CA).
