TL;DR

Test Engineer (Automotive Electronics): Developing and executing electrical, mechanical, and environmental verification tests for product designs with an accent on automotive testing standards, reliability verification, and test-data analysis. Focus on designing test plans, debugging test equipment and circuits, investigating failures, and improving laboratory operations.

Location: Zhongshan, China; onsite

What you will do

Analyze customer requirements, product specifications, and testing standards to develop product test plans and estimate testing timelines.
Set up and debug electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing systems, including circuit layouts and test equipment.
Coordinate external laboratories or suppliers when they support testing activities.
Analyze test data and failures, prepare technical test reports, and recommend solutions.
Participate in cross-functional project meetings and resolve testing-related issues.
Guide technicians in daily testing and contribute to continuous laboratory improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or university degree in Engineering.
More than 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience with automotive electronic testing standards and electrical switch safety standards.
Experience in research and development testing and reliability testing.
High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication and cooperation.
Good English proficiency is required.
