What you will do

• Learn and apply standard testing methods across design and development stages.
• Execute experiments and performance tests for device and solution reliability.
• Follow test plans and procedures, complete tests on schedule, and report results.
• Perform basic data analysis and contribute to structured test design, setup, metrology, and data collection.
• Work with design engineers and development teams to identify critical performance parameters.
• Present test results to project teams, management, and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Ability to learn standard engineering tools and testing methods.
• Understanding of structured testing, test setup, measurement, data interpretation, and statistical analysis.
• Ability to follow established procedures and communicate test results clearly.
• Interest in learning assigned products and understanding product cost drivers.
