Sr. Mfg Test Engineer

Location: On-site in Suzhou, China

What you will do

• Work with the new product introduction team to launch consumer electronics and peripheral products.
• Set up, verify, deploy, and transfer manufacturing test stations with technical development and factory teams.
• Contribute to design for manufacturing activities.
• Lead failure analysis and risk assessment for manufacturing issues.
• Analyze test data to identify potential issues and continuously improve test efficiency, coverage, and stability.

Requirements

• Technical background and a degree in electronics, computer science, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• Ability to understand schematics and circuits.
• Experience or familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and serial, USB, I2C, and SPI interfaces.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; manufacturing engineering experience in consumer electronics or peripherals is valued.

Nice to have

• Experience with manufacturing processes, products, or management.
• Experience with AI and automation applications.
• Consumer electronics testing development experience.
• Proficiency in C# or C++ for independently developing automated test scripts and host software.
• Overseas study or work experience; outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered.
