Staff Testing Engineer (Fresh Graduates) - ATE (Test Development Engineering)

Location: Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China; onsite at the Shenzhen Nanshan Office

What you will do

• Develop and test new automated test platform hardware and offline testers.
• Participate in architectural design, mechanism design, technology development, and validation.
• Qualify prototypes through functional testing, GR&R qualification, failure analysis, and improvement activities.
• Support mass production through incoming-parts inspection, new technology implementation, failure analysis, and yield improvement.
• Standardize buyoff, operating, work instruction, and tester-checking documentation.
• Perform vendor quality control, routine vendor visits, and overseas customer or production support.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, or automatic control engineering.
• Knowledge or experience in mechanical design, TSA, materials, FMEA, and mechanical vibration.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and solve complex problems under varying conditions.

Nice to have

• Mechanism design, including 2D/3D drawings and BOM creation.
• Quality control or HDD industry experience.
• Vibration and noise testing, signal processing, JMP, or MATLAB experience.
• Software development experience with LabVIEW.
