WBT Test Engineer

Location: Qingzhou, Shandong, China; onsite five days a week

What you will do

• Implement and improve testing, development, and validation techniques, processes, tooling, and machinery.
• Resolve design and manufacturing issues and support design acceptance and manufacturing readiness.
• Plan and improve testing procedures and operations for reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor test results, machine capabilities, process capabilities, and performance reliability.
• Support the adoption of automation, robotics, and computer-aided manufacturing software.
• Assist the technical leader and performance and validation engineer in meeting program PQVC requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum, or equivalent engineering experience.
• Knowledge of product testing approaches, techniques, and tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems in manufacturing or product development environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, critical thinking, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in Qingzhou, Shandong, China.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
