What you will do

  • Build and manage strong vendor relationships as the primary point of contact to align goals with business strategy.
  • Achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets through rigorous forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Create and execute joint business plans, promotions, and incentive programs to optimize vendor investments.
  • Develop and deliver marketing plans, including MDF-funded campaigns, to drive demand and visibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to identify new growth areas.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for performance improvement.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of channel sales experience across several verticals.
  • Solid business management experience with a strong understanding of channel dynamics.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence both internal teams and external partners.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach to driving growth.
  • High level of professionalism with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
