What you will do
- Build and manage strong vendor relationships as the primary point of contact to align goals with business strategy.
- Achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets through rigorous forecasting and pipeline management.
- Create and execute joint business plans, promotions, and incentive programs to optimize vendor investments.
- Develop and deliver marketing plans, including MDF-funded campaigns, to drive demand and visibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to identify new growth areas.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for performance improvement.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of channel sales experience across several verticals.
- Solid business management experience with a strong understanding of channel dynamics.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence both internal teams and external partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach to driving growth.
- High level of professionalism with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
