What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of individual contributors, including Business Analysts and Reporting & Analytics resources.
  • Own the Behaviors & Governance domain to ensure disciplined execution standards are consistently applied across the sales lifecycle.
  • Oversee governance for Sales Incentive Plans (SIP), sales approvals, and QMS documentation.
  • Translate reporting and analytics data into actionable guidance regarding pipeline health, forecast confidence, and performance trends.
  • Partner with sales leadership to reinforce accountability and execution expectations through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Finance, and HR to ensure incentives and reporting operate cohesively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, operations, analytics, finance, or a related field.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in sales operations, sales excellence, or commercial support roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading individual contributors, including coaching and performance management.
  • Experience governing sales execution standards or operational frameworks.
  • Proven ability to oversee reporting outputs and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Overland Park, KS, US.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) or execution governance frameworks.
  • Prior experience in a quota-carrying or client-facing commercial role.
  • Familiarity with the full sales lifecycle, including renewals, retention, and CSAT.
