What you will do

• Perform activity and data modeling to support process modernization.
• Develop modern business methods and identify industry best practices.
• Create and assess performance measurements to evaluate process efficiency.
• Integrate new processes with existing ones and communicate changes to impacted Business Systems teams.
• Facilitate and recommend quality improvement efforts across project phases.

Requirements

• Seven years of relevant professional experience.
• Undergraduate degree.
• Four years of experience specifically in business process re-engineering with increasing responsibility.
• Must hold IT-II security clearance or a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model with on-site presence in Philadelphia.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for frequent business presentations.
