What you will do

  • Pursue revenue objectives by selling services through channel partners to small/medium businesses.
  • Represent hirify.global from pre-sales to post-sales account management, including prospecting and sales presentations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while providing high-standard customer service.
  • Build territory plans and support partners in business development, planning, marketing, and sales enablement.
  • Protect customer and partner churn through escalations, satisfaction management, and internal collaboration.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years in channel sales, direct/outside sales, or account management
  • Demonstrated success in sales, partner-led sales, or executive relationship building.
  • Strong solution and value-based selling, preferably in enterprise business applications.
  • Superior oral/written communication and listening skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills for a matrixed environment.
