What you will do
- Pursue revenue objectives by selling services through channel partners to small/medium businesses.
- Represent from pre-sales to post-sales account management, including prospecting and sales presentations.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while providing high-standard customer service.
- Build territory plans and support partners in business development, planning, marketing, and sales enablement.
- Protect customer and partner churn through escalations, satisfaction management, and internal collaboration.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years in channel sales, direct/outside sales, or account management
- Demonstrated success in sales, partner-led sales, or executive relationship building.
- Strong solution and value-based selling, preferably in enterprise business applications.
- Superior oral/written communication and listening skills.
- Strong teamwork skills for a matrixed environment.
