What you will do
- Develop and maintain member account plans, focusing on outcome improvement and monthly savings identification.
- Drive contract penetration and revenue growth through savings opportunity analytics and presentations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to key member contacts, aligning Premier's solutions with organizational goals.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and educate customers on the value of Premier contracts and services.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure successful product delivery and project management.
- Maintain accurate customer data and reporting within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint for financial and clinical data presentation.
- Strong understanding of the health systems market.
- Ability to facilitate management-level discussions and translate needs into product solutions.
- Must be authorized to work in the US
