What you will do

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of card-based and supplemental benefit offerings to ensure a compliant and financially optimal member experience.
  • Establish and monitor operational KPIs for benefit administration and delivery.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Member Experience, Integration Ops, and tech teams to drive operational improvements.
  • Implement AI-driven automation to streamline manual workflows and enhance team scalability.
  • Manage 1/1 readiness efforts, implementation timelines, and mitigate operational risks for new plan year benefits.
  • Perform rigorous financial reconciliation of partner invoices against internal data to ensure fiscal accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • Experience working in a startup, fast-paced environment.
  • Analytic, problem-oriented mindset with the ability to effectively deal with ambiguity.
  • Strong cross-functional project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence others with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing workflow improvements.

Nice to have

  • 4-6+ years of operations experience, ideally from a health plan or vendor.
  • Familiarity with card-based and supplemental benefits.
  • Experience deploying AI-enabled workflows or tech automation to solve business challenges.
