What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project scoping, execution, and quality review for multiple concurrent client engagements involving complex real-world datasets.
• Own client-facing workstreams, including calls, escalations, risk management, and proactive support.
• Drive cross-functional teams (data science, engineering, product) to meet commitments and resolve trade-offs.
• Build and refine standardized delivery frameworks, SOPs, and templates for commercial operations.
• Partner with sales on opportunity scoping, proposals, and representing solutions in client conversations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to pricing decisions grounded in delivery experience.

Requirements

• 6-8 years in client-facing roles in biopharma consulting, real-world data analytics, or life sciences strategy
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder projects independently from scoping to delivery
• Strong scientific foundation (life sciences or related) for credible discussions on study design and data quality
• Proven track record building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Fluency across technical and non-technical audiences with exceptional communication skills
• Experience building operational processes; Bachelor's in biology, public health, or related field
