Salary: $120,000-$175,000

What you will do

• Establish relationships with state, federal, and local agencies and act as project or client engagement manager.
• Direct contract capture, implementation, issue resolution, and change management for human services technology projects.
• Develop progress reports, proposals, requirements, and presentations while coaching and supervising project teams.
• Provide thought leadership, grow business opportunities, and lead market strategy and sales efforts.
• Supervise human services IT consultants and deliver subject matter expertise on technology implementations.

Requirements

• 7+ years in human services technology, with 5+ years in leadership; integrated eligibility/child welfare experience strongly preferred
• Experience in sales, implementation of human services tech solutions (feasibility studies, requirements, design, testing, training).
• Knowledge of state agency operations, large-scale implementations, multi-vendor projects, PMBoK/BABoK, SDLC, federal procurement.
• Strong communication, prioritization, confidentiality, and relationship-building skills.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, Prosci, Six Sigma) preferred.
