TL;DR

Strategic Account Director (Cybersecurity): Developing and managing global accounts to maximize sales opportunities and achieve monthly quotas with an accent on promoting hirify.global’s products and services, increasing subscription levels, and cross-selling. Focus on building and maintaining strong C-level relationships, articulating value propositions for cybersecurity solutions, and achieving significant account growth within the Enterprise segment.

Location: Hybrid, New York, USA

Compensation: $250,000–$270,000 (including base, bonuses, and commissions)

What you will do

  • Promote and sell hirify.global’s products and services to designated Global Accounts.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and cross-sale opportunities.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key decision makers, including C-Levels and Executives.
  • Articulate the value proposition of hirify.global’s full product suite to improve business security.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and targets.
  • Partner with hirify.global Revenue teams on strategies for increased account penetration and growth.
  • Travel to meet on-site with C-Levels and other Executives for assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Business, Marketing preferred).
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience (Cybersecurity preferred).
  • Proven track record selling to EVP and C-level, specifically in Enterprise segment ($100K - $200K deals).
  • Experience with value-based selling methodologies and managing complex, multi-year deals.
  • Executive-level presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) for accurate record keeping and forecasting.
  • English: C1+ (fluent) required; local language proficiency required for international accounts.

Nice to have

  • Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Business, or Marketing degree.
  • Familiarity with Network or Security Plus certifications.
  • Demonstrated interest in cybersecurity sales and current technology trends.
  • Collegiate athlete or competitive sports background.
