TL;DR

Strategic Account Director (Cybersecurity SaaS): Developing and managing global accounts, promoting and selling security training products with an accent on cross-selling, upselling, and maximizing ARR growth. Focus on building C-level relationships, strategic account planning, and closing complex multi-year enterprise deals.

What you will do

  • Promote and sell full suite of hirify.global products to assigned global accounts.
  • Build and manage pipeline for cross-sells, add-ons, and upgrades to increase subscriptions and ARR.
  • Identify key decision-makers, develop executive relationships, and articulate value propositions.
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas through strategic pricing, renewals, and account growth.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and revenue teams on global account strategies.
  • Travel to meet C-level executives and support trade shows as needed.

Requirements

  • English proficiency required (international roles also need local language)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Cybersecurity, IT, Business a plus); 5+ years SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record selling $100K-$200K enterprise deals to EVP/C-level, multi-year contracts.
  • Expertise in value-based/consultative selling, strategic account management, and pipeline forecasting.
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRM, technical aptitude, and handling objections/demos.
  • General knowledge of cybersecurity concepts (Zero Trust, SIEM, IAM, phishing, cloud security).

Nice to have

  • Cybersecurity sales background or certifications (Network+, Security+).
  • Collegiate athlete or leadership in competitive activities.
