What you will do

  • Lead AU acquisition end-to-end, unifying Inbound and BDM motions into a single accountable motion.
  • Carry a personal acquisition target to model sales discipline and closing capabilities for the team.
  • Drive lead-to-close and sales-to-onboarding automation within HubSpot in partnership with RevOps.
  • Increase inbound conversion rates and scale BDM coverage through coaching, territory management, and accountability.
  • Build team capability by developing reps into senior closers via clear development pathways.

Requirements

  • Experience as a player-coach sales leader, having carried a personal quota while leading a team.
  • Proven track record in healthcare or services acquisition, specifically selling complex products to clinic owners.
  • High literacy in HubSpot and sales technology to prioritise and ship automation builds.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work with Marketing, Onboarding, and Finance teams.
  • Genuine aptitude for coaching and developing sales representatives.
  • Strict operational rigour in pipeline management, forecasting, and structured cadence.
