What you will do

  • Define and implement standards for executive support across calendaring, travel, and communication.
  • Build and manage office operations for the Nashville and NYC offices, as well as future locations.
  • Hire, onboard, coach, and develop the Executive Assistant (EA) team to maintain a high performance bar.
  • Design scalable systems and coverage models to reduce friction and increase focus for senior leaders.
  • Partner cross-functionally with People, IT, and Finance teams to ensure efficient workplace experience and internal events.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in executive support within fast-paced, high-performance environments.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Deep experience supporting C-level leaders and managing complex priorities.
  • Proven track record of building or scaling systems and teams in high-growth organizations.
  • Must be based in the US (Remote or New York, NY).
