What you will do
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, space planning, and inventory tracking.
- Oversee vendor relationships, cleaning services, security procedures, and procurement compliance.
- Coordinate front desk operations, visitor access control, and reception standards.
- Set up meeting rooms, coordinate catering, and support employee engagement events.
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and act as Incident Control Officer during emergencies.
- Provide administrative support for new-hire onboarding and equipment returns.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of Office or Facilities Management experience in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Hoboken, NJ.
- Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and contracts.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically strong Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across all organizational levels.
