What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, space planning, and inventory tracking.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, cleaning services, security procedures, and procurement compliance.
  • Coordinate front desk operations, visitor access control, and reception standards.
  • Set up meeting rooms, coordinate catering, and support employee engagement events.
  • Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and act as Incident Control Officer during emergencies.
  • Provide administrative support for new-hire onboarding and equipment returns.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Office or Facilities Management experience in a corporate or multinational environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Hoboken, NJ.
  • Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across all organizational levels.
