What you will do

• Source top technical talent specializing in autonomy, robotics, and hardware.
• Partner with founders and engineering leaders to align hiring objectives and sourcing strategies.
• Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Ensure a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including networking, events, and marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on creative sourcing.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring technical talent in robotics, autonomy, and hardware.
• Experience with ATS tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Experience working within fast-growing and quickly scaling startups.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring for GTM roles (sales, operations, etc.).
