What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment strategy for global GTM organization including Sales, Engagement, and Legal Engineering
• Partner with CRO and leadership to align resources with the global hiring plan and provide market intelligence
• Build and lead a high-performing global talent team focused on quality and pace
• Implement structured interviewing frameworks and TA enablement initiatives
• Lead TA efforts for global market expansion and execute the hiring roadmap
• Collaborate with Employer Branding and GTM teams to enhance employer attractiveness

Requirements

• Proven track record in senior Talent Acquisition roles supporting high-growth Sales organizations
• Ability to build scalable, strategic processes and programs
• Strong business acumen to translate business challenges into operational results
• High attention to detail and operational excellence
• Builder's mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Experience driving operational cohesion across Finance, Legal, and People teams
