What you will do

• Analyze and forecast manufacturing variances to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with plant management to drive productivity savings aligned with budget commitments and maintain cost standards.
• Lead the preparation and coordination of departmental and plant-wide budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee the annual capital budget, including financial justification, expenditure tracking, and ROI analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly close activities and corporate financial reporting.
• Provide financial oversight during physical inventory counts and assist with internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting or plant controlling.
• Strong collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CGMA.
