Plant Controller (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the Bergama Plant in İzmir, Turkey

What you will do

• Manage financial controlling, reporting, production cost data, margin visibility, and performance analysis for the blade manufacturing plant.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in accordance with local and global requirements.
• Monitor production costs, variances, material consumption, inventory movements, unit costs, productivity, efficiency, scrap rates, and cost center performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and cost center review processes.
• Partner with plant management and Global Operations Controlling to provide financial insights and ensure alignment with global guidelines.
• Improve end-to-end cost transparency with production, warehouse, procurement, logistics, audit, and operational efficiency stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, plant controlling, cost controlling, or a similar finance role.
• Strong knowledge of production cost controlling, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO, advanced MS Office and Excel skills, and experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Fluency in Turkish and English, written and spoken, is required.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Bergama Plant is required. Military service must be completed or exempted where applicable.
