Project Controller (Automotive)

What you will do

• Monitor project cost development, identify deviations, and provide financial analyses.
• Prepare and maintain product and project cost calculations using data from engineering, purchasing, production, logistics, and other functions.
• Support Project Managers and cross-functional teams in meeting budget, cost, investment, and profitability targets.
• Prepare financial scenarios, business cases, and make-or-buy evaluations.
• Track and report project financial KPIs, including costs, investments, margins, variances, and risks.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and improve controlling processes and tools.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in controlling, project controlling, financial planning, or cost analysis.
• Strong knowledge of cost structures, budgeting, forecasting, and product costing.
• Advanced analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent English required; occasional travel expected.
