What you will do

  • Own the performance marketing success for a portfolio of up to seven SMB SaaS clients across multiple channels.
  • Develop and execute technical strategies encompassing Paid Media, SEO, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Manage client relationships directly, pitching strategies and ensuring performance targets are exceeded.
  • Lead project management for assigned accounts to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Integrate AI and automation tools to enhance marketing operations and campaign efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in agency-side performance marketing.
  • Deep technical expertise in the SaaS marketplace, specifically within Paid, SEO, and CRO.
  • Strong ability in marketing strategy, execution, and client communication.
  • Must permanently reside in Canada and possess current work authorization.
  • Availability to travel as required by the role.
