Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager (Healthcare): Lead ABX strategy and execution for key priority accounts driving engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth with an accent on integrated multi-touch programs across email, paid, direct mail, events, and outreach. Canada applicants only; remote-eligible roles based anywhere in Canada or US. Toronto-area hirify.globalrs (within 65 km of downtown HQ) collaborate in-office Monday through Thursday.

Salary: $119,400–$135,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Own ABX strategy for your market across account tiers (1:1, 1:few, 1:many), aligning teams and orchestrating plays from strategy to execution.
  • Partner with Demand Gen, Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and BD to build integrated ABX motions combining content, digital, direct mail, events, and outreach.
  • Identify target accounts with Sales/BD, develop personalized engagement strategies, and create detailed campaign briefs with tactics and metrics.
  • Leverage Demandbase and insights to uncover trends and signals, sharing with teams for coordinated activation.
  • Collaborate on copy, creative, and content alignment; optimize ABM tools with Marketing Ops; monitor performance and report to leadership.
  • Contribute to evolving ABX frameworks, playbooks, and best practices organization-wide.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years leading B2B ABM strategies and cross-functional programs driving pipeline/revenue.
  • Strategic thinker with data-driven mindset, creativity, and execution detail.
  • Connect product value to customer pain points for resonant strategies.
  • Strong account research, segmentation, and insight skills.
  • Excellent communicator, collaborator, and project manager in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of Demandbase or similar ABM platforms for insights and activation.

Nice to have

  • Experience with email platforms and CRMs for ABX campaigns.
  • Familiarity with healthcare market, private or public sector.
