TL;DR

Customer Success Engineer (DevSecOps): Providing technical product expertise and best practice guidance to help customers realize measurable value from hirify.global with an accent on DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Agile Planning. Focus on delivering on-demand success through webinars, labs, and architectural guidance to enable successful product adoption at scale.

Location: Remote (Must be aligned with PST / MST time zones)

What you will do

  • Act as a technical consultant during the post-sales journey via Zoom and email to provide product and solution guidance.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to implement SCM, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Agile Planning use cases.
  • Deliver customer enablement through webinars, hands-on labs, and office hours in a pooled support model.
  • Provide architectural guidance that connects technical decisions to specific customer business outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver reusable workshops, demos, and technical enablement content.
  • Contribute to customer-facing learning resources, including official documentation and YouTube content.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting hirify.global use cases (SCM, CI/CD, DevSecOps, or Agile Planning).
  • Proficiency with DevSecOps tools and the ability to translate tool capabilities into customer outcomes.
  • Technical background in software development or systems engineering, including architectural knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly in writing and live settings.
  • Experience as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders in a post-sales environment.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple engagements in a pooled model.
