What you will do

• Analyze creative workflows to identify AI automation opportunities and inefficiencies.
• Design and implement scalable AI-enhanced workflows for high-volume content production across channels.
• Configure AI creative platforms like Adobe Express, Figma, Typeface, and GenStudio to align with brand guidelines.
• Build automated content pipelines and integrate with DAMs, CMS, and project tools.
• Develop training programs, lead AI rollouts, and mentor teams on workflow optimization.
• Monitor performance, drive process improvements, and ensure quality governance.

Requirements

• Availability to travel within the United States when needed
• 3–5 years in creative operations, production management, or workflow optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools like Figma, Typeface, Pencil, or GenStudio.
• Strong knowledge of content creation workflows and creative tech ecosystems (Adobe CC, DAMs, CMS).
• Proven workflow improvements, change management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset for identifying bottlenecks and measuring operational impact.
