Focus on scoping integrations like ServiceTitan and Salesforce, delivering tailored demos, and creating repeatable solution assets.

Location: Hybrid in New York City (3 in-office days per week). Seeking NYC-based candidates or those open to relocation to NYC.

Compensation: $175K - $225K

What you will do

• Partner with Enterprise AEs to support complex sales cycles with technical validation.
• Design custom workflow configurations aligned with customer goals.
• Scope and document technical integrations for seamless adoption.
• Translate operational needs to technical requirements across stakeholders.
• Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concepts for existing workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success for handoffs.
• Create integration guides, workflow templates, and demo scripts to scale the team.

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in construction, permitting, or pre-construction workflows.
• Skilled in mapping processes, identifying bottlenecks, and designing scalable solutions.
• Experience scoping integrations and data flows (e.g., ServiceTitan, Salesforce).
• Proven support for enterprise sales through discovery, demos, and validation.
• Ability to bridge customer pain points with product capabilities.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation.
