What you will do

• Implement scalable, best-practice solutions for existing hirify.global environments to support client growth.
• Manage project governance and communication to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Partner with Account Managers and Support Leads to create and maintain efficient BAU service models.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop scalable tools that promote client self-sufficiency.
• Analyze financial instruments and assets to advise clients on optimal data modeling.
• Improve internal processes and develop pre-configured templates to reduce project timelines.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Project Management, Financial Services, or Consulting.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and source systems.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with investment management software implementations.
• Capability to program or script, specifically in Python.
