TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US (implied by US demographic requirements), with willingness to travel to customer sites up to 25%

What you will do

  • Guide Enterprise customers in designing and evolving workflows across the Discover–Define–Deliver innovation lifecycle.
  • Recommend integration strategies and automation opportunities to drive alignment and business value.
  • Monitor platform health and usage patterns to provide proactive recommendations for AI capability adoption.
  • Equip internal champions with strategies to scale adoption across departments and support Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and demonstrate tangible ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, technical account management, or customer success within Enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and enterprise IT ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to lead workflow optimization, platform adoption, and change management initiatives.
  • Expertise in using platform analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Experience facilitating executive-level discussions and cross-functional workshops.
  • Must be based in the US
