What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for hirify.global 360 customers from initial engagement through go-live.
• Assist with pre-sales product demonstrations in partnership with Sales and Service Sales teams.
• Coordinate data readiness, validation, and post-sale data cleanup processes.
• Set up and configure dashboards to ensure smooth go-lives and ongoing operations.
• Deliver customer training, enablement activities, and usage reviews to drive successful adoption.
• Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to share customer feedback for future platform enhancements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Professional Services.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional B2B software implementations.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills for demonstrations and selling.
• Ability to travel extensively (50% or more).

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare imaging quality control or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with subscription services and analytics platforms.
