TL;DR

Manager, National Channel Sales (Medtech): Driving strategic growth through the company’s channel partner ecosystem with an accent on channel strategy development, partner recruitment, and revenue acceleration. Location: Remote (US) with the ability to travel up to 75% nationally.

Salary: $119,200 - $150,000 plus sales incentive compensation

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a national channel strategy aligned with revenue, margin, and profitability objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Manage partner relationships through joint business plans and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of channel managers to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing training, tools, and resources to improve dealer sales representatives' product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Collaborate with direct sales leadership, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure territory coordination and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive sales or channel management experience, ideally in imaging or medical device markets.
  • Proven success in building and managing channel programs that deliver revenue growth.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performance teams.
  • Must be based in the US and available for national travel up to 75%.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
