Salary: $240,000 - $300,000 USD (OTE) for Tier 1 markets

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end launch success for new enterprise partnerships from deal close to first transaction.
• Manage strategic account relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for partner executives and product leaders.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to remove technical and operational blockers.
• Hire, develop, and scale a team of strategic account leaders to manage a growing portfolio.
• Develop a repeatable launch and growth playbook based on operational data and partner feedback.
• Track and optimize adoption, funnel performance, and revenue contribution via dashboards and QBRs.

Requirements

• Experience blending strategy consulting with high-level account management.
• Proven track record of taking complex enterprise deals from signing to successful execution.
• Ability to build multi-threaded relationships with C-level executives and product leaders.
• Must be based in or eligible for relocation to the US.
• Experience in hiring and scaling high-performing teams.
