Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

What you will do
- Source, prospect, and close new business via cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn, direct mail, and in-person networking.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery and proposal to negotiation and signed engagement.
- Develop and cultivate referral partnerships with attorneys, consultants, and bankers in target markets.
- Leverage CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage the pipeline, automate follow-ups, and track conversion metrics.
- Design and execute multi-touch outbound campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and manage external vendors to drive inbound leads.
Requirements
- 5+ years in business development or sales with a demonstrable track record of closing new business.
- Experience selling professional services, financial services, or B2B advisory solutions.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Fluency with modern sales technology, CRM platforms, and prospecting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Background in accounting, finance, or tax with the ability to discuss fractional CFO services.
- Familiarity with regulated industries such as cannabis, construction, or healthcare.
- Existing network of referral partners or industry contacts in relevant verticals.
- Experience executing direct mail campaigns and multi-channel outbound programs.
