Global Account Manager (Insurance): Managing, retaining, and expanding a portfolio of large, complex global accounts within the insurance sector with an accent on global commercial relationships, revenue growth, and solution expansion. Focus on navigating complex multi-region organizations and executing strategic hyperscaler partnerships (Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft) to drive pipeline growth.

Location: Hybrid in London, England. Willingness to travel internationally as required.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary global point of accountability for multinational insurance accounts, aligning commercial strategy across regions.
  • Drive revenue growth through global renewal strategies, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead complex, multi-region deal management, including pricing strategy, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with cloud ecosystem partners (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake) to convert global strategies into regional co-sell motions.
  • Conduct global account planning, revenue forecasting, and whitespace analysis to mitigate risk and identify growth.
  • Collaborate with Client Success teams to drive adoption and value realization through global business reviews.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in senior enterprise sales, data, consulting, or services sales.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex global accounts specifically within the insurance market.
  • Experience in multi-stakeholder, multi-country negotiations involving legal and procurement.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Required); Master's Degree (Preferred).
  • Proficiency in SFDC and Microsoft Suite.
  • Fluency in English and other languages relevant to the working market.
