What you will do
- Own a book of business post-sale, building strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts through proactive prospecting.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and articulate value using key metrics and ROI data.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast expansion with +/-15% accuracy, and handle multiple tasks like demos, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Master sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo for efficient deal management.
- Embrace startup mentality, thriving in a fast-paced environment with meticulous documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in quota-carrying SaaS sales (New Business AE or Expansion AE/AM).
- Success managing large volume of prospects and driving product adoption.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and product demo skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptability in fast-paced environment; positive, coachable mindset.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
Nice to have
- Experience with sales tech stacks: Salesforce, Salesloft, DiscoverOrg.
- Startup or entrepreneurial experience.
- Background in CMMS or facility operations software.
- Proven success in remote work.
