What you will do

  • Own a book of business post-sale, building strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts through proactive prospecting.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and articulate value using key metrics and ROI data.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast expansion with +/-15% accuracy, and handle multiple tasks like demos, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Master sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo for efficient deal management.
  • Embrace startup mentality, thriving in a fast-paced environment with meticulous documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in quota-carrying SaaS sales (New Business AE or Expansion AE/AM).
  • Success managing large volume of prospects and driving product adoption.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and product demo skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environment; positive, coachable mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales tech stacks: Salesforce, Salesloft, DiscoverOrg.
  • Startup or entrepreneurial experience.
  • Background in CMMS or facility operations software.
  • Proven success in remote work.
